The Next Desserts is a concept that has been devised to encompass a fine dining dessert experience and service with the incorporation of the use of cryogenic ingredients, such as dry ice and liquid nitrogen, to create an experience which is as much a delight to the pallet as it is visually/aesthetically with a theatrical feel to presentation.

Born into a family of chefs and food lovers, has forged a place at the heart of modern British/French and Asian cooking; reviving classic dishes and applying a unique elegance to honest and unpretentious fare. Syed's enthusiasm for quality Modern British food is manifest in his use of the finest locally sourced produce and his desire to share and enjoy cooking and dining with family and friends.

Never shying away from getting his hands dirty to forage, hunt or fish, Syed's experiential approach to cooking has been embraced by outdoor enthusiasts and epicureans alike. Using every opportunity to teach his young children and the broader community about the joys of following food from pasture to plate, Syed's affinity with the outdoors is evident in all of his recipes, which are pieced together with cunning creativity.
